Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB)
1. Geltungsbereich
Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen gelten für alle Bestellungen, die über den Online-Shop von

getätigt werden.
2. Vertragspartner

3. Angebot und Vertragsschluss
Die Darstellung der Produkte im Online-Shop stellt kein rechtlich bindendes Angebot dar, sondern eine unverbindliche Produktdarstellung.
Durch Anklicken des Bestellbuttons gibst du ein verbindliches Angebot zum Kauf der im Warenkorb enthaltenen Waren ab. Der Vertrag kommt zustande, sobald ich deine Bestellung per E-Mail bestätige.
4. Preise
Alle Preise sind Endpreise in Euro.
Gemäß § 19 UStG wird keine Umsatzsteuer berechnet (Kleinunternehmerregelung).
Zuzüglich anfallender Versandkosten.
5. Versand und Lieferung
Die Lieferung erfolgt an die von dir angegebene Lieferadresse.
Sofern nicht anders angegeben, beträgt die Lieferzeit 5 Werktage.
6. Zahlung
Die Zahlung erfolgt über die im Shop angebotenen Zahlungsmethoden
Die Belastung erfolgt unmittelbar nach Abschluss der Bestellung.
7. Widerrufsrecht
Verbraucher:innen haben ein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht von 14 Tagen.
Die Einzelheiten sind der gesonderten Widerrufsbelehrung zu entnehmen.
8. Eigentumsvorbehalt
Bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung bleibt die Ware mein Eigentum.
9. Haftung
Ich hafte nur für Schäden, die auf vorsätzlicher oder grob fahrlässiger Pflichtverletzung beruhen.
Bei leichter Fahrlässigkeit hafte ich nur bei Verletzung wesentlicher Vertragspflichten.
10. Besonderheiten handgefertigter Produkte
Alle angebotenen Produkte sind handgefertigt und Unikate.
Geringfügige Abweichungen in Form, Farbe und Glasur stellen keinen Mangel dar.
11. Anwendbares Recht
Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.
By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your shopping cart. The contract is concluded once your order is confirmed by email.
4. Prices
All prices are final prices in euros.
No VAT is charged pursuant to § 19 UStG (small business regulation).
Shipping costs may apply.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Unless otherwise stated, delivery time is 5 business days.
6. Payment
Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop.
The amount will be charged immediately after the order is placed.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.
Details can be found in the separate Right of Withdrawal notice.
8. Retention of Title
The goods remain my property until full payment has been received.
9. Liability
I am only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, liability exists only for breach of essential contractual obligations.
10. Handmade Products
All products are handmade and unique items.
Minor variations in shape, color, and glaze are not considered defects.
11. Governing Law
German law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
